Sedan reservations may be changed or canceled without charge up to two days prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Limousine service (limos, vans, and 6 to 31 passenger vehicles) may be canceled up to two weeks prior to pickup date. If canceled, 1/2 of the reservation price will be charged of the total order. If canceled within 48 hour prior to the reservation date, 100% of the reservation may be charged. All reservations are required to the hours reserved, if a reservation is not needed during the hours originally reserved, the time not used is forfeited.

There is a fifteen-minute waiting time grace period for pickups at locations other than the airport. Time beyond the grace period will be charged at the rate of 1/4 of the hourly rate of the reservation. Pickups at the airport have a 15-minute grace period from the time of landing; beyond that a $25 charge will be added to the bill per quarter hour.

We are not held responsible for delays beyond our control due to traffic, accidents, vehicle breakdown or any other acts due to nature. If a reservation is delayed, we reserve the right to extend the delay time at the end of the reservation.

Your credit card information may be required to confirm your reservation. Once a credit card number is given, we may charge the card at any time regardless of any other communication listed on the invoice presented to the client.
