Liability Agreement: This agreement is a contract between ATC LLC, dba A Touch Of Class and the customer for hire of the limousine service and pertains specifically to the performance by the customer in the limousine. A Touch Of Class is not responsible for items left in the vehicles. In addition to the normal charge for vehicle and chauffeur, any damage in excess of unusual use and wear of the hired vehicle will result in a minimum charge of $100.00 for the repair and or general cleaning of the car. Any excess clean up, such as vomit or liquids will be charged a $250.00 minimum fee. Glass breakage, rip or tear in interior, body or paint damage will be reimbursed by the client regardless of the neglect of the client or the client s associates. Decision as to the unusual wear and use of the vehicle rests solely with A Touch Of Class or it's representatives and its decision is final.

A Touch of Class and the driver has the right to terminate alcohol consumption if the driver fees that the clients are overly intoxicated whereby the clients may cause damage to property, each other or can not control themselves and has difficulty communicating.

A Touch Of Class nor the driver or associates is responsible for any injury or damage caused by the client or the client s associate s actions.

No smoking in vehicle, must be 21 or older to possess alcohol, no drugs, firearms, gum or fighting are allowed. We reserve the right to terminate the ride at any time for any reason. Deposits are non-refundable and balance is due upon arrival of vehicle unless prior arrangements have been established.

A Touch of Class is not responsible or liable for any traffic delays or lost time due to accidents, construction, or any other traffic disturbance nor any other situations beyond our control.

A Touch of Class cannot guarantee the scheduled vehicle to be exact in type or color and will provide a comparable model if matters beyond the control of A Touch of Class occurs. A Touch of Class will do everything possible to insure the professionalism of communication upon knowledge of such matters and A Touch of Class reserves the right to substitute a comparable model and color if needed.

Cancellations are subjects to penalties. If a cancellation is requested after a reservation has been processed, a minimum fee of no less than the deposit amount and/or up to 50% of the total reservation price may be charged. If canceled within 48 hour prior to the reservation date, 100% of the reservation may be charged. All reservations are required to the hours reserved, if a reservation is not needed during the hours originally reserved, the time not used is forfeited. If a credit card was given to make a reservation, A Touch of Class can charge the credit card at anytime regardless of any prior authorizations or not. If it becomes necessary to collect on any cancellations, the client will pay for all collection cost, legal fees and processing fees.

Price subject to change: Price quotes are based on the itinerary provided by the customer and established with A Touch Of Class. In the event that the established itinerary should change for any reason, the quoted price is subject to change. A service fee of $25.00 may be charged.

If the itinerary provided fails to meet the destination drop off time and causes the driver to be late to the next reservation, there may be a $250.00 charge assessed.
